What are the products made of?
Each piece is made of either 14k or 18k gold plated over brass or sterling silver. Crystals are either cubic zirconia or diamonds (where noted).
Why are you requesting my email?
Having your email address allows us to notify you of your order details and when your order has shipped. Additionally, it allows us to notify you of special additions.
When will my order be shipped? Our goal is to ship orders within 24 – 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. If an item is out of stock and hasn’t been updated on the website, you will be notified immediately.
How do I care for my Artfully Designed jewelry?
Your Artfully Designed jewelry should be stored individually in a sealed bag so they don’t scratch or tangle. Close your necklaces and store with a bit of the chain hanging out to avoid tangling. Do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, boating, washing dishes, applying perfume, engaging in sports or working out as moisture can affect the integrity of the plating. To clean your jewelry, we recommend wiping them with a non-abrasive dry cloth to remove dirt and tarnish.
If my order contains a gift, am I able to have a note inserted?
Every item that is shipped will come in a custom Artfully Designed jewelry box and gift bag with tissue paper. Also, at checkout, there is a section where you can add a gift note that will be included with your gift.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be happy. If, for some reason you are not satisfied, please mail the unworn item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charge, if there was one. You must return the item(s) via a trackable method along with the original package and invoice. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are looking to return or exchange an item, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) and request a return address. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Please note that SALE items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product detail on sale items before purchasing.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email email@example.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your order, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Once we initiate a refund, you will receive an email with the update.
Do you charge sales tax throughout the US?
We only charge sales tax if an order is shipped to Maryland.
What are your shipping costs?
During a Free Shipping promotion, there is no charge. Once a promotion is removed, all standard shipping costs will be as follows:
Domestic Only (Within the U.S.)
USPS First Class - $3.95 - 5-7 Days
USPS Priority - $9.95 - 3 Days
UPS Next Day - $29.95 - 1 Day
Please note that we are not responsible for items that show “delivered” by the carrier, but the recipient states that the item has not arrived. In the event this occurs, we will work with the carrier to try and locate the package. If it cannot be located, we will put in a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement only once the claim has been resolved. This process may take up to 2 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the U.S. only. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
